Quality Austrian production

We offer fire ladder hoists in cooperation with the aluminium materials and products manufacturer JUST. The supplier has more than 130 years of experience in the production of aluminium ladders, platforms, scaffolding and other special construction solutions.

In case of individual requirements and needs, such as equipment boxes, lines for suction hoses and more, we can also provide a tailor-made offer. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Certification

The hoist design solution covers the complete range of fire ladders designed (manufactured and certified) to current European standards and other standards such as British or German.

European Standard EN 1147 sets out the requirements, test methods and design criteria for portable ladders for use by fire and rescue services and similar purposes. The tests specified in this European Standard are type tests, not periodic tests. Non-portable ladders for use by fire and rescue services are not covered by this standard.

Basic description

These are handling devices for fire ladders - jacks - which are mounted on the roof of a vehicle and facilitate the loading and unloading of ladders on and off the vehicle without the need to walk on the roof of the building. In addition, the system also supports all ladders with or without a stabilising bar or with or without supports.

In the case of individual models of the GT-100 type, these are hoists for fire ladders without a stabilising bar. They are designed with a profile length of 6.3 m. Suitable for use for transporting, loading and unloading fire ladders (folded) with a transport length not exceeding 6.2 m.

Basic construction material and its quality

The quality and workmanship of the fire ladder hoist will exceed your expectations. The device is designed with ball bearings and made of high quality materials resistant to corrosion and UV radiation, such as stainless steel, alloy aluminium (aluminium with various additives to achieve the desired mechanical properties) or hardened plastic. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the hoist.

Connection technology

The CMT technique - cold welding process - is used for welding to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
