Shipping and payment

For a convenient and secure purchase, you can choose from several ways to pay for and ship your selected goods. Choose the one that suits you best.

1) PAYMENT OPTIONS

a) Payment by card (free of charge)

Online card payment is a type of online payment where you pay the target amount using a credit card through a payment gateway. You will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway after you complete and submit your order.

b) Payment in advance to the operator's bank account (free of charge)

You will pay for the goods by transferring the payment to the bank account of the online shop operator before the goods are dispatched. Once the order is completed and submitted, payment details will be emailed to you within 24 hours. The goods are shipped after the amount has been added to the account. Account number: 194972915/0300.

2) SHIPPING

a) Delivery by Packeta shipping company

Shipping by a shipping company offers convenient delivery of ordered goods to your home or work. The standard price for shipping by DPD is 139 CZK.
The operator of the online shop reserves the right to increase the price of shipping in exceptional cases due to the nature of the goods (weight, dimensions). However, this fact will be consulted with the customer in advance. This applies in particular to oversized goods.

Check the goods on receipt, if you find mechanical damage to the packaging of the product, write down a record of the damage with the driver. All liability for damage to goods during transport from seller to buyer is the responsibility of the carrier and the goods being transported are insured. Based on the written damage record, a reasonable discount on the price of the goods will be given or a new product will be delivered to you after the claim has been concluded with the carrier. By signing the bill of lading upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer agrees to accept receipt of the goods and acknowledges that the goods arrived undamaged due to transportation. Subsequent claims caused by the transport company cannot be taken into account and will be rejected.

b) Delivery points of Zásilkovna.cz

We ship to the delivery points of Zásilkovna.cz in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The price is 79 CZK for shipments up to 5 kg, unfortunately orders with higher weight cannot be placed with Zásilkovna.

Please check the goods upon receipt, if you find mechanical damage to the product packaging, please write a record of the damage with the driver. All responsibility for damage to the goods during transport from the seller to the buyer lies with the carrier and the goods are insured.
