The basis of the set is a water bag with a volume from 1 to 10 m³, with 5 m³ being the most commonly used variant. Also included are a powerful pump, connecting hoses, various reducers for compatibility with common accessories, a D25 type fire hose and a jet line that allows switching between full and split water jet. The entire set is designed to be easily relocatable and ready for immediate use.
The complete Mobil Fire Set is delivered as standard within four weeks of ordering. If the customer orders only additional or replacement components, such as hoses, connections or nozzles, the delivery time is significantly shorter - usually within one week.
In full stream mode, the water jet has a range of up to 10 metres, which is ideal for targeting over longer distances. In split stream mode, which is used to disperse water over a wider area or for cooling, the range is approximately 4 metres. This variability makes it possible to adapt the extinguishing to the specific situation.

For proper function, it is important to use a suction hose with a reinforced construction that does not deform during operation. Ideally, the suction hose should be as short as possible to improve pump performance and reduce watering time. It is always best to position the pump as close to the water surface as possible. The suction basket should be attached to the end of the suction hose with a clamp. When connecting the discharge hose, commercially available hoses, connections and gaskets can be used. It is recommended to choose shorter hoses as longer routes increase resistance and thus reduce pumping efficiency. When installing all components, it is important to tighten the fittings thoroughly to prevent spontaneous disconnection during operation and thus interruption of operation.
