But most blends are herbal or fruity.
Fruit and herbal blends generally yes, but it is advisable to take into account the child's sensitivity - some blends contain spices or liquorice. Teas with caffeine are not suitable for children.
Herbal, fruit and spiced teas: pour boiling water over (approx. 250 ml), steep for 5-10 minutes.
Green and white teas: pour in water at 70-80 °C, steep for 2-3 minutes.
Black teas: pour over boiling water, steep for 2-3 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally out of direct sunlight.
